Synchronization means exchanging data so that "AgriBus-NAVI" and "AgriBus-Web" can use the same data (Work records, Guidance Line, Cultivated land, application settings). In order to view the Work records saved in "AgriBus-NAVI" in "AgriBus-Web", the data in "AgriBus-NAVI" must be synchronized. --- # Frequently Asked Questions ### Is there a manual for the video? The video is uploaded at [here](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLk5RrXGFnBf3etfiBeaUEfYzsy1wpeTPQ) for your reference. ### GNSS status shows "NO GNSS" in red and does not move. The GNSS signal is not being received. If you are using a smartphone/tablet, please make sure that [Location] is turned on in the main unit settings. If you are using an external GNSS/GPS device, please check [Settings] - [GNSS] - [GNSS Acquisition Method], [Bluetooth Connected Device], [USB Connection Settings], and [Internal Port Communication Settings].Also, please check the installation and settings of the external GNSS/GPS device itself. ### GNSS status is displayed in yellow as "NO POS" and does not move The GNSS signal is being received, but the current position cannot be calculated due to poor reception or other reasons. Please move to an open area in the sky and wait for a few minutes. ### The position of the vehicle is not the same as the actual position, what should I do? There is a limit to the accuracy of location information on smartphones and tablets. The accuracy can be greatly improved by using an external GNSS/GPS device. For more information about the accuracy of the devices and how to work with them, please refer to ["Use of external GNSS/GPS devices" in this AgriBus-NAVI User's Manual - Introduction (Public Version)](https://docbase.io/posts/2150945/sharing/b643540c-d197-4c44-8bc4-5f99bfe6b416). ### Why can't I connect an external GNSS/GPS device via USB? Some smartphones and tablets may not allow USB connection or may limit the power supply to the smartphone or tablet itself. This depends on the specifications of the phone or tablet, and we cannot provide support for this. ### Can I use a GNSS/GPS receiver made by another manufacturer? We are sorry, but we are unable to give specific advice on the use of GNSS/GPS receivers made by other companies, or on the use of correction information transfer/distribution services outside our company. If you are using Facebook, you may want to refer to the user group "AgriBus-NAVI Tomonokai(association of friends)" where there are about 1,500 users (as of July 2021) who are introducing various usage environments. ### Please tell me how to adjust the latch when it is out of alignment. The cause is that the center of the vehicle body and the center of the work equipment are not aligned when driving. In addition to inspecting and adjusting the vehicle body and work equipment, adjust the antenna position "X (horizontal)" in [Settings] - [Vehicle] - [Antenna Position]. ### Regarding the use of RTK-GNSS, how many units can be connected at the same time? There is no limit to the number of mobile stations that can be connected from the "AgriBus-NAVI" application to the "AgriBus-Caster" at the same time, but when connecting mobile stations other than the "AgriBus-NAVI" application, only one mobile station can be connected at the same time. ### Is it possible to receive correction information from someone I know? You can receive the data by learning the "Mount Point" from someone you know and entering it in the "Mount Point" field in the "Ntrip V1" of the "GNSS Correction Information" setting in the "AgriBus-NAVI" application. If you want to check your own "Mount Point", please follow the same procedure as above to check the "Mount Point" field. Please note that you need to turn off the "Use AgriBus-Caster" switch when checking or changing the "Ntrip V1" settings. ### There are time zones that do not FIX If you are using ADSL or similar, we have confirmed that your connection may be disconnected depending on the time of day. Please check your Internet connection and consider changing providers or using a different Internet connection environment if necessary. For more information [click here](https://agri-info-design.com/column/difficulty-connecting-base-station/). ### It won't FIX, it will break again. First, please check what is displayed in the GNSS/GPS status screen. **①When the message "Correction information is being received" is displayed** 1)The location information of the reference station (Base) you have installed is not correct. - If you change the location of the antenna, the amount of error will be generated by moving the antenna, and it will not be FIXed. If the antenna is moved even a little, the error will be generated even if it is FIXed. - If the measurement time of the antenna position is short, it may not be calculated correctly depending on the GNSS signal condition at that time. Please try to set the antenna position measurement time to 1 hour or so in "AgriBus-GTools" and measure again. 2)The distance from the reference station (Base) is far. When realizing highly accurate RTK positioning, the distance between a mobile station and a reference station should be "roughly 10 km or less. If the distance is farther than that, there is a possibility that the error will be FLOAT, but if the goal is to achieve an error of "within 3 cm", a distance of about 20 km is not a practical problem. In some cases, users have been able to FIX even at a distance of 50km. 3)Weak GNSS/GPS signal at the mobile station (Rover) If the GNSS antenna receives weak signals from GNSS satellites, it may not be able to calculate correctly and may result in FLOAT. In particular, if the signal is received in a place where the sky is not open (in a garage, near a windbreak, next to a building, etc.), FLOAT will occur. As a rule of thumb, try to adjust the reception location to a signal strength of 25 or more, preferably 35. In some cases, simply turning the AgriBus-GMiniR back on may help. 4)Unstable Internet connection at the mobile station (Rover) Even if you are able to get the correction information, if the internet connection is unstable, the necessary data will not be collected, and the calculation may not be completed forever, resulting in a FLOAT. Please check the LTE signal status of your phone/tablet. Also, if you are using 3G line of "AgriBus-G2", please check the coverage area of mobile signal (3G) from NTT DoCoMo website. Please note that the correction information is designed in such a way that there is no problem even if it is interrupted for approximately 30 seconds. In this case, simply restarting the "AgriBus-NAVI" application or turning on the "AgriBus-G2" again may improve the situation. In other cases, if you usually get "FIX" but sometimes get "FLOAT", the situation may be described in (3) and (4) above. **②If you see the message "An error has occurred"** If you are using manual settings in Ntrip V1, please check the settings for Host, Port, Mount Point, etc. against the services you are using. **③If the message "Timeout has occurred" is displayed** If you are using manual settings in Ntrip V1, please check the settings for Host, Port, Mount Point, etc. against the services you are using. **④If the message "Mount point not found" is displayed** First, please make sure that both the reference station and the mobile station are located in a place where an Internet connection (Wi-Fi, LTE signal) is available. Since correction information is sent and received using an Internet connection, RTK positioning cannot be achieved in locations without an Internet connection. If there is no problem with the Internet connection (Wi-Fi, LTE signal), the cause may be one of the following 1)The mode setting of "AgriBus-GMiniR" installed at the reference station is set to Rover. Please check if the "Mode" is set to "Base" in the "AgriBus-GTools" application and if the "Wi-Fi" and "Ntrip" connections are working. 2)The Wi-Fi router is disconnected. The "AgriBus-GMiniR" may be disconnected from the Wi-Fi router. Please check the settings of your Wi-Fi router. You may want to check the following items. Eco mode, blocking of harmful sites, number of DHCP quotas, privacy separator, guest port availability time
